Where can I find my model or serial number?
Model and serial numbers can be found on the cover of your original Safety Manual and on the BBQ. Check here for instructions on how to locate your serial number and model number.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders can take 48 hours to process. Once shipped please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. You can track your order with Canada Post or Purolator using the tracking number you will receive in your shipment notification email.
I made a mistake on my shipping address. How can I correct my address?
Changing an order is time sensitive, since most orders are released to the warehouse within 30 minutes of being placed. Please contact us at 1-855-888-1158 to determine what’s possible.
How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order for any reason, please contact us at 1-855-888-1158 within 0.5 - 1 HOUR of placing your order, and we will attempt to stop your order from shipping.

Please be aware that it is a time sensitive matter. Since most orders are shipped within 24/48 hours it may not be possible to cancel the order.

If the order can't be stopped from shipping, please refer to our Return Policy on how to initiate a return.

How do I track my order?

All shipping is handled by Canada Post or Purolator. However, in times of high capacity, we may elect to add additional carriers, to deliver parcels to our customers, in the most efficient manner.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use that number to track your order with Canada Post or Purolator.
